Turtle Games Analysis
To further my skills in machine learning, I utilized the fictional company “Turtle Games”, in order to analyze their data to understand the marketing approach for customers. Turtle Games is a game manufacturer with a global customer base, who are looking to improve their insight into the behavior of their customers. Through the data recollected through sales and customer reviews, the objective is to improve the performance by analysing patterns and customer trends. Through the data including remuneration, or the total income of customers, spending score, or a score assigned to describe the spending nature of the customers, and variables such as age and gender, we are able to evaluate different patterns in how these factors affect the customers loyalty points. The objective is to grasp the patterns in customers, and how these patterns can correlate to move closely with the customers loyalty points, in order to offer a more specified marketing strategy
